This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR No.170 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379, 294(b), 323 and 506(1) I.P.C. and under Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already the investigation was completed in Crime No. 170 of 2019 and also filed final report in which the petitioner is not an accused.
