Crl.M.P.No.15053 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15053 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.17788 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from prison shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 pm until further orders as imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17788 of 2022 by order dated 22.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17788 of 2022 by the order dated 22.08.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
