46, Taiyur Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District the third respondent herein and quash the same in so far as the land of the petitioners comprised in S.No.1395E/2A2 in an extent of 00200 square meters and in S.No.1395E/2A1 in an extent of 02880 square meters situated in No.46, Taiyur Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, are concerned and consequently forebear the respondents, their subordinates or anybody acting through them from in any manner interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the lands of the petitioners herein are concerned.
