ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to issue suitable direction to the respondent police not to provide any assistance to the third respondent for taking possession of the suit properties in S.Nos.236/1, 239, 117, Perungalathur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, measuring an extent of 1.31 acres, pending disposal of the appeals in A.S.Nos.31 to 34 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram.

2. It is seen that when the matter was posted on 28.04.2017 "For Admission" no one was represented on behalf of the petitioner, hence it was adjourned. Thereafter, for the past three years, the learned counsel has not taken any steps to list the matter for admission. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter. Further it is pending for more than three years without even ordering notice. Now after the lapse of three years period, this petition cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
