This petition has been filed to relax the bail conditions being to appear daily imposed by the respondent, based on the order of the respondent dated 15.06.2016 in F.No.DRI/CZU/VIII/48/ENQ-01/INT-20/2016.
2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by the respondent in F.No.DRI/CZU/VIII/48/ENQ-01/INT-20/2016 dated 15.06.2016 regularly, and therefore he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

5.Considering the above submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by the respondent in F.No.DRI/CZU/VIII/48/ENQ-01/INT-20/2016 dated 15.06.2016 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall himself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
