The Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order rejecting the petition filed for stay of operation order passed by the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Nilgiris Region in

R.C.No.4137/2022/A3 dated 17.04.2023.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioners as well as the Special Government Pleader submitted that the final order was passed on 09.09.2024. As the final order has been passed by the Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Chennai, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3.Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is needless to say that the Revision Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
