The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the detenue Ms.S.Kiruthika sent a letter to the Inspector of Police, Velagoundampatti Police Station, Namakkal, stating that she got married and residing along with her husband separately at Namakkal. The detenue has given her residential address also. The police found that the detenue is living along with her husband Mr.Ramesh, who is also from the same locality.
