This petition is filed seeking to call for records and quash the FIR in Crime No.45 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet had already been filed in C.C.No.348 of 2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Namakkal.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in the petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
