This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the Gobichettipalayam Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 am for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.14341 of 2024 dated 20.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels and the fact that the petitioners are complying with conditions without fail and the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
