This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.1820 of 2020 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same against the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case in Crime No.1820 of 2020 has been registered and the respondent police has conducted enquiry and the same was closed as 'mistake of fact' and the closure report has also been sent to the defacto complainant as well as the jurisdictional magistrate Court. 3.Recording the abovesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
