The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to reclassify the land in Survey No.799/7 measuring about 7.28 acres in Vadavalam Village, Chinniah Chaithiram, Pudukottai from "Manai Tharisu" to that of Manaikattur Punjai land. 2.The petitioner made several representations to the respondents and finally after filing this writ petition again on 15.03.2017 to the 1st respondent to change the classification in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Survey No.799/7 from "Poramboke and Manai Tharisu"and to grant patta in his favour inspite of receipt of the said representations, the respondents showed a chill indifference and failed to grant patta nor send a reply to the petitioner with regard to classification of land and to take effective steps. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 4.Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of.
