ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Devi, who is none other than the wife of the petitioner, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and hence, he pray for direction directing the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

3.Resisting the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that no complaint has been given by the said Devi and the petitioner was not called for any enquiry. He further submitted that if any complaint has been given, it would be given only before the All Women Police Station and not before the second respondent. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
