ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed to initiate the disciplinary action against the 3rd respondent, who is the sister of the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.M.Muthappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Nanmaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. It is the contention of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent, by falsely claiming that she belongs to the Scheduled Community, has secured appointment in the first respondent department.

4. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that they have already initiated 17(b) proceedings and the enquiry has already been completed and has been forwarded to the Government for passing final order. Hence, would contend that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

5. Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
