When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the deadline fixed by the Hon'ble Apex Court for admission of new students through https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

lateral entry in the 2nd year on 30.11.2021 is already over. Hence, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. However, if any future cause of action arises in future, it is open for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
