The above petition is filed to extend the time to comply with the conditional order dated 22.07.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court feels it appropriate to extend the time to comply with the conditional order dated 22.07.2024 by a further period of 3 weeks.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to deposit the arrears amount of Rs.6,13,000/- on or before 23.09.2024.

The petitioner is also directed to comply with the other conditions of the order dated 22.07.2024.

5. Post the matter "for reporting compliance" on 24.09.2024.
