Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife namely Karpagam, daughter of Subramani, aged about 25 years before this Court and set her at liberty in accordance with law, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the detenue is living with the petitioner and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this habeas corpus petition.
