This petition has been filed to modify the conditional order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.40 of 2016 dated 04.01.2016.

2. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that he should stay at Madurai and report before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Madurai daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was under judicial custody from 21.12.2015 and thereafter, he was granted bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur on 04.01.2016. of his family and he finds difficulty to comply with the condition. Hence, he prayed for modification.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.MP.No.40 of 2016 dated 04.01.2016, is modified directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders. Except this modification, other conditions remain unaltered.
