2. Heard Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, learned Government Advocate(crl.side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation is completed and negative final report has been filed. He further submitted that RCS notice also served on the defacto complainant.
