(Order of the Court was made by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.) This is a petition seeking leave of this Court to file appeal against the order of learned single Judge dated 21.10.2021 recorded on W.P.No.19807 of 2021.

2. Learned advocate for the original writ petitioner is also heard. He states that the writ petitioner is also equally aggrieved by the order of the learned single Judge. So far the impugned order is concerned, it was passed without hearing the present petitioners/ appellants.
