Tr.C.M.P.No.652 of 2021 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J (The case has been heard through video conference) Learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli has given a letter dated 06.05.2021, seeking extension of time on the ground that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the matter could not be disposed of within the time granted by this Court. Hence, requested two months time to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.81 of 2019.

2. Considering the prevailing situation, this Court is inclined to give another chance to the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli to comply with the direction issued by this Court on 18.02.2020.
