2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr. Manivasagam, learned counsel takes notice for 2nd respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and also directed to print the name of Mr.Manivasagam, learned counsel for 2nd respondent in the cause list. Post the matter for hearing on 27.01.2022.
