PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the learned Special Sessions Court for Trial of Cases under the TNPID Act, Coimbatore to expedite the trial and dispose the case in C.C.No.15 of 2015 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Special Sessions Court for Trial of Cases under the TNPID Act, Coimbatore to expedite the trial and dispose the case in C.C.No.15 of 2015 within stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.Though the proceedings have been commenced in the year 2015, the stage of the proceedings seems to be still at service of notice.

3.While considering that the proceedings is pending from the year 2015 onwards, the learned Judicial Magistrate shall endeavour to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.15 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.
