ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 11.7.2013 alleged to have been given by the petitioner.

2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as complainant, has given a complaint dated 11.7.2013 to the respondent, wherein certain allegations have been made so as to take cognizance, but the respondent has failed to register the same. Under the said circumstances, present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought for therein.

3. Considering the nature of relief, the following direction can be given to the respondent:
