A.No.6637 of 2019 in A.No.4009 of 2019 PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA.J This application is filed by the applicant, seeking a direction to amend the prayer from 'Therefore the applicant prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to appoint a receiver to administer the property of the respondent morefully described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons pending disposal of the Arbitration Proceedings and enforcement of the award and pass such further orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice' to 'Therefore the applicant prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to appoint a party receiver, namely Mr.P.Ganesan, Officer-1, for the applicant company of M/s.Shriram City Union Finance Ltd., the applicant herein to administer the property of the respondent more fully described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons pending disposal of the Arbitration Proceedings and enforcement of the award and pass such further orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice'

2. Heard Mr.M.Aravind Subramaniam, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

3. Though the name of the respondent is printed in the cause list, there is

no representation on behalf of her either in person or through counsel.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.

6. Post the application in A.No.4009 of 2019 on 07.11.2019. 24.10.2019 vsm Note : Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in A.No.4009 of 2019.
