This Writ Petition is filed seeking for quashment of the records relating to the impugned order issued by the second respondent in Na.ka.No.919/2019/D1 dated 16.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
