ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw Special SC 56 of 2016, from the file of the Sessions Judge, Magilar Neethi Mandram, Villupuram and transfer the same to the file of the Sessions Judge, Magilar Neethi Mandram, Perambalur.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the examination of all the witnesses is complete and it is now at the stage of examination of the Investigating Officer and the case is posted on 13.08.2019. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to transfer the proceedings at this stage and the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.56 of 2016, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
