This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to direct the respondent to investigate the complaint in Crime No.525 of 2016 and submit final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instruction submitted that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.525 of 2016, C.C. No.7 of 2019 has been taken on file before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Wallaja and the case has been posted on 15.07.2021 for next hearing.
