ORDER
[Judgment of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the detenu, aged 22 years, has been traced, and on instructions would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
submit that since the father of the petitioner has castigated the detenu for his negligence in studies, he left his parental custody on his own volition and thereafter, on realisation of his mistake, he returned to his parental home and now he is staying with his parents.
2. The detenu is present before this Court and since nothing survives for adjudication in this matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
