ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the sale deed dated 24.06.2019 executed by the petitioner in favor of his son under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizenship Act.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

It is relevant to note that to pass any order under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizenship Act, necessary applications ought to have been filed before the concerned Tribunal as notified under the Act. Therefore, just giving a representation to the Inspector General of Registration, District Registrar or Sub Registrar will not serve any purpose.

5. Such view of the matter, I do not find any merits in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
