This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to conduct inquiry and register FIR in pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19628 of 2022 and to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that the current paper number has been assigned in C.No.560 of 2022 and he seeks three weeks time for completing the enquiry.

Recording the same, the first respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
