(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Heard on the application to dispense with the filing of the certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 14.9.2021 passed in C.S.No.748 of 2018.

2. It is stated that copy application to obtain the certified copy was filed on 16.9.2021 and the same has not yet been provided by the office.

3. In view of the above, the filing of the certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 14.9.2021 passed in C.S.No.748 of 2018 is dispensed with for the present. However, the office is directed to provide the certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 14.9.2021 at the earliest and if any defect is found in the copy application, the applicant is directed to cure it and after obtaining the certified copy, the same may immediately be filed.

4. With the above observation and direction, the application is ordered.
