ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue writ of mandamus directing the st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 09.10.2024, wherein the petitioner is seeking for constitution of Managing Committee for the Anwarsha Edgah Wakf, Panrutti Taluk, Cuddalore District to take action against the erstwhile Managing Committee.

2. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 09.10.2024 and take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to all the interested parties. This process shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Page No.2 of 5

order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation along with all the relevant documents and a copy of this order to the 1 st respondent.

3. In result, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
