This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in preferring the above criminal revision against the Order dated 20.04.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1429 of 2023 in M.C.No.142 of 2021 on the file of the V Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 18 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
