ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner wherein, the petitioner is seeking for removal of the high tension electricity line passing through terrace of the house property belonging to the petitioner. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent submitted that the petitioner has to make an online application and on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent will deal with the grievance expressed by the petitioner.

3/5 3.Considering the above submission, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to make an online application and on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent shall deal with the request and take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the online application received from the petitioner and convey the same to the petitioner.
