This application has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish a security for the suit claim of Rs.1,30,55,284/- and in the event of failing to furnish security, attachment before the Judgment by attaching the property mentioned in the scheduled.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023 directing the first respondent/first defendant deposited a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- on 16.10.2023 vide Indian Bank, Anna Nagar, Chennai Branch bearing TDR.Receipt No.974202 drawn in favour of the Registrar General, High Court, Madras and also filed a memo dated 18.10.2023 to that effect.
