ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband namely Sekar, S/o.Ramasamy, Life Convict, aged about 45 years, now confined in the Central Prison, Salem before the Court and set him at liberty., the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenu has already been released.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
