The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in order dated 12.06.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.8721 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11625 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
