This Criminal Original Petition is filed challenging the impugned summon to the petitioner under Sections 160 and 90 of CrPC.

2. The respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.439 of 2016 against the petitioner for an offences under sections 279, 304(A) IPC.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation completed and final report has also been filed.

4.Recording the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
