Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has been served about the pendency of the proceedings before this court. There is no representation for the respondent. As the respondent has not shown any interest to represent the matter before this court even though his name is printed in the cause list, H.M.O.P. No.19/2019 pending on the file of Sub Court, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District, is withdrawn from the said court and transferred to Family Court, Coimbatore. The learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore, is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond thirty working days, at any point of time, in order to bring the issue to a logical end.
