O R D E R

The petitioner made several complaints against the fifth respondent before the third respondent. On receipt of the one of the representations, the third respondent by memorandum dated 03.07.2015, directed the fourth respondent to conduct an enquiry and send a report. As further action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking note of the above, a direction is issued to the third respondent to pass final orders after getting the report of the fourth respondent in pursuant to the memorandum in Na.Ka.A6/3400/2015 dated 03.07.2015, within a period of eights weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice to the parties concerned.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
