Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.No.23120/2019 of On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.K.GANESH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent and of NO APPEARANCE on behalf of the 2nd Respondent the court made the following order:- No representation for the second respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the order of this Court, the petitioner went to deposit the demand draft for a sum of Rs.3.25 lakhs before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, on 11.12.2019, but the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, has returned the said demand draft stating that this Court has not directed the petitioner to deposit the said demand draft.

3. It is seen from the order of this Court dated 11.12.2019, that this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.3.25 lakhs before the V Metropolitan Magistrate to the credit of C.C.No.5604 of 2019 but he has not been permitted to deposit the demand draft. The petitioner has not complied with the orders of this Court.
