C.M.P.No.3032 of 2017 in C.M.A.No.2217 of 2008 R.MAHADEVAN, J., This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant / claimant seeking to condone the delay of 2166 days in filing the application to set-aside and restore the Appeal, which was dismissed on 11.02.2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant / claimant and the learned standing counsel for the sole respondent / Transport Corporation.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent / Transport Corporation stated No Objection in condoning the delay and ordering this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition and in view of the No Objection stated by the respondent / Transport Corporation, this petition, seeking to condone the delay of 2166 days in filing the application to restore the Appeal, is ordered as prayed for and the Appeal is restored to file.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
