This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 636 days in filing the above criminal appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the first respondent and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 4 and 5 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 636 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same along with Crl.A.No.959/2023 on 06.08.2025.
