ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P. No.1910 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025, directing the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 15 days from the date of release. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is also involved in another case and he is appearing before the Sevvapet Police Station in connection with S.C.No.123 of 2025, he could not comply the present condition imposed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) reported that they have also verified that the petitioner is reporting before the Sevvapet Police Station. 4.Considering the same, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall also report before the Sevvapet Police Station, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in respect of the Crime No.27 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. 23-09-2025 gbi
