ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kanchipuram to commit the case in P.R.C.No.61 of 2015 (on the file of Inspector of Police, B-3, Kanchi Taluk Police Station, Kanchipuram to the appropriate Court and to expedite the trial. 2.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Counsel for Government (Crl Side), submitted that the trial has already been commenced before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kanchipuram and hence, prays for dismissal of this Criminal Original petition.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial

Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram, to expedite the hearing in P.R.C.No.61 of 2015 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
