This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to direct the respondent to investigate the complaint in Crime No.345 of 2010.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the accused could not be traced out after completion of investigation by the respondent police and hence report has been filed as "not detected", before the Central Crime Branch.
3. In view of the above, there is nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
