The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147,148,294(b),448,427 and 506(ii) of I.P.C in Crime No.254 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused person have been involved in the business of sand mining in their locality. Due to the same, they have operating tipper lorries for carrying out mining activities, when the same was being menace to the resident of that locality the de-facto complainant asked the accused person not operate the lorry during night hours. Later, the accused person came to the de-facto complainant's residents and abused, attacked and threatened him with dire consequence. Hence the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the co-accused already enlarged on anticipatory bail. However, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

nvi 5.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and perused the materials available on record.
