JUDGMENT
Heard
2. This Appeal Suit has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree dated 11.04.2016 made in OS No.12123 of 2010 on the file of the XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.
3. All the parties along with their respective counsel presented themselves before this Court during the hearings. Today the 1st defendant also appeared in video conference. A Joint Memo of Compromise dated 05.01.2026 duly signed by all the parties and their respective counsel has been filed.
4. The contents of the memorandum of compromise have been explained to the parties and they have acknowledged that they have understood the terms in full and that they have entered into the compromise voluntarily.
5. In view of the compromise memo filed, the Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of the memo of compromise. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise 2/4
along with General Power of Attorney shall form part and parcel of this order and decree. Consequently, the connected CMPs, if any are closed. No costs. 07.01.2026 (1/2) To 1.The XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.
