ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to complete the registration of pending Document No.P/Pallavaram/273/2021 presented for registration on 21.10.2021 in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.284/1 bearing Plot No.46, situated at Arunachala Enclave, Kilkattalai Village, Madipakkam Zone-II, Pallavaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District, ad-measuring an extent of 721 sq.ft of RCC building in G-3, Ground Floor with electricity service https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

connection and other appurtenance attached thereon under 415 sq.ft undivided share of land out of total extent of 2418 sq.ft and to return the original sale deed forthwith.

The petitioner comprised in Survey No.284/1 bearing Plot No. No.46, situated at Arunachala Enclave, Kilkattalai Village, Madipakkam Zone-II, Pallavaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District, admeasuring an extent of 721 sq.ft of RCC building in G-3, Ground Floor with electricity service connection and other appurtenance attached thereon under 415 sq.ft un-divided share of land out of total extent of 2418 sq.ft with intended to one V.Shanmugapriya, which was purchased by the petitioner for valuable sale consideration in lieu of discharge of debt availed by the said V.Shanmugapriya, executed the sale deed in favour of the petitioner on 21.10.2021 and presented for registration on the same day, on payment of necessary stamp duties and registration charges as required by the respondent. The same was duly received by the respondent, vide Receipt No.13965 of 2021 and it is kept pending as pending Document No.P/Pallavaram/273/2021. However, the respondent neither register the document nor return the same.

3. Considering the above facts circumstances, the respondent is directed to pass orders either to register or reject the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
