ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the third respondent to comply with his order in Na.Ka.3989/2014(B1) dated 08.05.2015 and issue computer patta in petitioner's name within a stipulated time period.

2.Heard, Mr.M.Muruganantham, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.S.Rajesh, Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner owned property in various survey numbers. However, the Patta Passbook stood in the name of the third party by mistake. Therefore, the petitioner approached revenue authorities to rectify the error committed by them. The petitioner also filed writ petition before this Court in WP.No.10719 of 2014 and this Court directed the revenue authorities to conduct enquiry and pass orders. Accordingly, the petitioner made representation on 11.09.2013 before the third respondent. The third respondent conducted detailed enquiry and by its order dated 08.05.2015 found that the Patta Passbook was issued in the third party name and ordered to change the same and issue computerised patta in favour of the petitioner. However, even till today, the petitioner was not issued patta as directed by the third respondent.

4. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue computerised patta for the subject property as per its own order dated 08.05.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
